Orders take between 2 to 5 business days to process. Once your order is ready for delivery, the courier will contact you.

If the order hasn't been dispatched from our end yet, we can cancel it immediately. However, if the order has already been handed over to the shipping company, you can inform the courier yourself when they contact you for delivery.

Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours after product delivery for items that are unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.‏

If you wish to exchange items for a different size, we will gladly process the exchange, provide you with the new item if it’s available in stock only if the purchase items are unworn, unaltered, and in good condition.‏

You can only exchange the purchased item for a different size.‏

EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER unless there is a defect in the purchased item.

We accept returns or refunds if the shipping courier has not yet left the address.‏

When returning an online purchase, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.‏

For orders paid for via cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Alternatively, you can request a cash refund directly at one of our locations.‏

Returns sent via carrier will be processed within 72 hours of receipt at our facilities.‏

Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.‏

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Upon receiving your order, you can try on the item. If there is an issue with the size or anything else, you can easily return it with the courier, paying only the delivery fee.

You can exchange or return if the item is in good condition and has not been worn.
