Return policy
Return Policy:
* We accept returns or refunds if the shipping courier has not yet left the address.
* When returning an online purchase, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
* For orders paid for via cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Alternatively, you can request a cash refund directly at one of our locations.
* Returns sent via carrier will be processed within 72 hours of receipt at our facilities.
* Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
* Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchange Policy:
* Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours after product delivery for items that are unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
* If you wish to exchange items for a different size, we will gladly process the exchange, provide you with the new item if it’s available in stock only if the purchase items are unworn, unaltered, and in good condition.
* You can only exchange the purchased item for a different size.
* EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER unless there is a defect in the purchased item.
